Angel brings many years of experience in Indiana Medicaid planning, long-term care, eligibility, appeals, and advocacy. She has guided families through some of life's most difficult transitions by providing knowledgeable, compassionate support and practical solutions tailored to each family's unique circumstances.
Inspired by her own family's journey through long-term care, Angel founded Hoosier Medicaid Solutions to ensure Indiana families have a trusted advocate when navigating the complexities of Medicaid. Her commitment is simple: to provide honest guidance, protect what matters most, and help families move forward with confidence.
Years of helping clients professionally—and later navigating the Medicaid system while caring for her own parents—strengthened Angel's belief that every family deserves knowledgeable guidance and a trusted advocate. Crystal Wadsworth
Client Care and Operations Coordinator
Crystal brings more than 25 years of experience serving older adults in long-term care, combining hands-on resident care with extensive knowledge of nursing home operations. Her background gives her a practical understanding of the challenges families face as loved ones transition through aging, illness, and long-term care.
Today, Crystal serves as the primary caregiver for our father while also helping guide the day-to-day operations of Hoosier Medicaid Solutions. Her firsthand caregiving experience, combined with her professional background, allows her to support clients with genuine compassion, patience, and understanding. She's dedicated to making every family feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their Medicaid journey.
